Ideal for the first or last day of your stay. The 4x4 vehicles take us into Cerro Huyliche to discover for 3 hours, incredible panoramic views of the town, Lake Argentino and the imposing Cordillera de los Andes.
The activity takes place in Cerro Huyliche, at 1050 meters above sea level, from where the highest and most impressive view of the city is reached.
The excursion begins with the pick up from the Hotels (this service can take around 15 minutes) and then complete a journey of approximately 15 kilometers to the entrance of Cerro Huyliche where we begin the ascent. The first stop is at a natural viewpoint that offers a magnificent and unique panoramic view of El Calafate and the central body of Lake Argentino. Continuing our ascent we reach the Labyrinth of Stones.
From there we begin the descent down the northern slope of the hill and we arrive at Piedra de los Sombreros. Finally, we return to El Calafate descending without losing sight of the imposing Lake Argentino.
